Not the service person's fault, but I had to replace my tires on my truck after only 31k miles, explained that the alignment is not straight after purchasing new tires and still feel as though it isn't. Service person drove the truck with me in it but seemed to not understand what I was saying about holding the steering wheel straight and watching the vehicle drift off to the left. I was also asked if the vehicle had been in a rear end collision and I replied that it has not, but the tech still wrote on the paperwork that he thinks the vehicle has been in a rear end collision. Asked them to change that since it is false and was told that once it was in the system the paperwork could not be changed. More
