Chris Bechtel, went above and beyond in his dealings with my wife and I, very professional and honest in his dealings, he truly understands how to deal with a potential customer. We were very impressed in our dealings with Chris and John Collins, we were able to reach a deal in a short time with no misunderstandings. We closed the deal met with finance to complete the paperwork, we do not remember the young mans name (had five kids) but he was also very professional and no high pressure. We used the internet as our first line of contact and wish we had seen Ferguson a week prior, would have saved a lot of stress in locating and purchasing a new car. Outstanding, Professional, Knowledgeable, Customer Service When we arrived at the dealership, we knew exactly what vehicle we wanted to purchase from online research sending info to dealerships. I had received and email from Austin asking to assist me with my search for a vehicle about 2 weeks I believe before I finally stopped by. We decided to stop by the dealership around noon on a Saturday after a couple of weeks of searching. We were greeted by a salesmen don’t remember his name outside, and told him that Austin had replied to my email. Austin had not arrived yet, so Katie assisted us until Austin arrive. The vehicle we wanted was not available in the area. Katie took all our information and started the process information on our trade-in and exactly what we wanted. By then Austin arrived greeted us with a very welcoming smile. We didn’t have our trad-in with, but Austin & Katie still worked up numbers for us, and then we talked with JT. I told Austin that we wanted to go home and talk about it and would be back before the close. So as we left, Austin told us that he hope to see us later, and we were not hassled to purchase right then. After about 2 weeks of talking with a few dealerships where one salesmen was teleworking trying to helping me, and I could hear kids in background and the other dealership I had great customer service but it wasn’t in the area. I had told my husband out the different dealerships I had talked that Ferguson is where we will go and basically the price was the same. It was the person to person in dealership contact, outstanding customer service from the time we arrived til we left, very knowledgeable sales staff Austin & Katie, finance manager JT that made our final decision to go back to Ferguson. We arrived back at the dealership around 6:30p with our minds made up to purchase and trade-in with us. It was the next week when our truck arrived, but it was just the best smoothest purchase that we had ever made. The day we picked up our truck, we got a tour of the facility which was the first for us, and Austin explained a lot of the features in the truck, plus assisted us with setting up OnStar. We are retired military and have been stationed all over the US where we have purchased vehicles, but this experience has been our best one. Thanks again to Austin and Katie for providing us with the utmost professional team work customer service. More
