Purchased a 2019 F150 I purchased a used 2019 Ford F150 from Ferguson. All of my interactions with the salesperson before and during the sale were positive. He (Tommy I thi I purchased a used 2019 Ford F150 from Ferguson. All of my interactions with the salesperson before and during the sale were positive. He (Tommy I think?) did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from him. The one negative about the experience is that upon inspection the truck was missing some accessories that I was not told about previously. We negotiated through texts and agreed on a price beforehand, but when I inspected the truck I found out that the factory floormats were missing and the vehicle was missing one of the two factory key/fobs. I brought this up to the salesman and he gave me a set of rubber floormats which took care of that, but I was told nothing could be done about the key/fob. He told me that it would not be a problem for me to go online and purchase one myself for about $75. Now that I have the truck I have found out that it's not that easy. My local Ford dealership won't program any other fob other than the OEM ones they sell, which is around $400. If I had known that, I would have asked that that the price be reduced some to make up for that. Probably my fault for not insisting on it then and there, but we had already agreed on a price and I was just a little disappointed that those things were not included in the vehicle description online or explained to me prior to the sale. More
