Repair was never looked into/completed as promised. My phone calls [7] asking about status, were never returned. [6] calls to service advisor Cory, [1] call to service manager Jerod. I was lied to. [ I was told service dept was looking into issues, after driving to dealership truck was parked outside on the north parking lot at the very bottom ]. The truck was at dealership 2 days and nothing was done to it. I am very,very,very disappointed with this dealerships service dept. I’m also sending a letter to the GMC main office about my experience at Ferguson Buick GMC. Also, initially I informed service dept I was staying at a motel since I lived in Raton, NM. More
