It was my first service with my new Jeep, and from beginning to end it was a super easy, and comfortable experience. The easy of setting an appointment, to the AWESOME BECKY who greeted with a smile, and was so cool, and professional during the whole process. She saw how tired I was after getting off a 48 hour shift at fire dept, and she said we will get you out of here ASAP! WHICH SHE DID!!! Now while I was waiting inside for the first service to be done, enjoying free coffee, donuts, and (shhhhhhhh even a bagel) I was also greeted by ROY (he is basically the best car salesman I have ever met, probably near KUNG-FU/NINJA status himself) who went out of his way to swing by and say HI! All around professional, FAMILY atmosphere and I am kinda of excited to go back and just hangout....lol More

Customer service I never have a problem with service. Jason is a great advisor. I’m glad they give you to the same advisor every time makes it more personal. My only issue is sometimes it’s hard to get in on Saturdays and that’s my only day off. That could partially be my fault I need to maybe make appointments way in advance. Poor service and parts department I will say I did not buy my 17’ 2500 cummins here because of a 13k difference in the exact same truck at a different dealer. That being said, i pull in to the drive was not greeted even though there were employees in the drive i sat there for a minute then an older women pulls up 3 SA run out to get her going, i say hey can someone get my info for my scheduled warranty work and get dirty looks and told to wait. So i go into the SA and get it going, now I know dealers hate warranty stuff but when i make a 2pm appointment and you dont take my truck till 4pm even though I verified that the water pump and tranny recall my truck would be ok, i ended up being there till 545pm. Next run in was about a month later with parts dept, everyone back there should be fired!! I go back to the pathetic area they call parts, not one soul back there, so i wait patiently figuring someone will poke out to check, nope 25 mins goes by after a SA paged parts and the GM walks by to ask if i have been helped. I hear guys bs’in in the back then a pissed off guy comes out, i tell him i need a fuel filter for my cummins he says 101.$ so glad i wasted 30 minutes, ended up buying it on amazon for 42$ nice highway robbery. 60$ inflation. They wanted close to 650$ to do 2 fuel filters and an oil change, i do it my self for 160$ this place only has good reviews on oil changes, any dealer can pump out oil changes in lieu of good reviews. Had one other issue (warranty) with my rims, made an appointment showed up told they were to busy and behind and come back tomorrow inconvenient but whatever next day comes and go back and they tell me to leave my truck all day they gotta take some pictures to send to fca i said i have a jack in my truck ill take the tire off for you, he said nobody has time to come out right now, so i got and my truck and went about my day and handled it myself and fca was made aware of all these situations. Theyre service and parts attitude ruins the dealership and naturally everyone in sales will have a better one because they want to sell you something More

Recall and oil change I asked to see the air filter they said needed changed. Was told it was in the car and it was not, therefore I'm not sure if it needed replaced or jus I asked to see the air filter they said needed changed.
