Not good My oil change took an hour and one half. My dealer in Indiana has never taken that long. They sent me away with no charge but that is the second t My oil change took an hour and one half. The earlier happening was a number a years back but we are Snowbirds and only in the Ferman market a few short months so we begin to wonder. Another thought has come to mind--We saw that we were due for an oil change, we were in the area and pulled in to make an appointment. The computers were down. Becky took my telephone number and told me that we would get a call to schedule an oil change and that call was never received. I finally called and asked if the computers ever returned to service and proceeded to make this appointment mentioned above. More
