Follow through is Great! I started with a simple o change that led to an oil leak. The reason is due to improper design I f the seal on a MOPAR oil filter. The dealer stood I started with a simple o change that led to an oil leak. The reason is due to improper design I f the seal on a MOPAR oil filter. The dealer stood by me to solve the problem by getting a properly designed filter and replaced all synthetic oil. That followed with a faulty access panel to the oil filter and they ordered a replacement door and installed it at no charge. I didn't appreciate 3 trips for a simple oil change but Jason made sure management stood by their commitment to resolve all issues. More

When I didn't get a call after a couple weeks I called to xx on status it took 3 calls to get connected. The lady apologized for that then scheduled the service, she told me if I asked when I come in they would wash and vacuume my truck. How ever when I picked up the truck it was neither vacuumed or washed. It was a rainy day so I understand why it wasn't washed. They did service and repairs in a timely manor no complaints about the work done. I used the curtiousy shuttle to take me home after drop off the driver was very courteous and very familiar with area roads. Overall I am happy with the service but disappointed with the timely response after initial call and them not doing the vacuume and wash More

poor service and poor customer service. Didnt fix what was wrong, I paid $900 TO CHANGE A PUMP, NOW they say the pump hasnothing to do with the battery going down. The guy told me my words were I WANT MY CAR TO START, and he said when I left the dealer, the car started, but I wanted the car to start EVERY day. It took them 12 days to change the fuel pump and that was not the problem. Today is back on the dealer, taken care by the supervisor, hope he does something withoup ripping me iff More
Tech listened and understood. I’ve been bringing my new purchased Jeep for 2 years. 8 months ago I informed them of a tranny issue 6k miles. The other techs of course found nothing I’ve been bringing my new purchased Jeep for 2 years. 8 months ago I informed them of a tranny issue 6k miles. The other techs of course found nothing as usual. After escalating it, and escalating it, finally they assigned tech Steve B to my vehicle. After a brief call with him, and bringing in the vehicle they discovered a faulty tranny and replaced it. Another thanks goes out to Sarah who brought this all together. (BTW this is a very brief summary). So from now on I will only request Steve. One thing I always found with ferman, they seem not to listen to customers Thanks More
