Worst experience I have had at a shop ever I always liked taking my car to Ferman for service. That definitely has changed based on the complete failure of my last visit. I went in for a 44k sc I always liked taking my car to Ferman for service. That definitely has changed based on the complete failure of my last visit. I went in for a 44k scheduled maintenanced. I arrived at my scheduled time of 3:30pm. As always they told me to wait in the waiting area and someone would come pick me up. I took out my laptop and started working while I waited. I didn’t even realize how much time had gone by. I look up and noticed that there was no one in the waiting area and it seemed late; it was 6:30pm. So I stand up and look out the door and I see my car in the spot it would be when they are done with the service so I go out and don’t see anyone. It turns out they closed at 6pm and you guessed it, NOBODY came to get me! Luckily I was able to find a car salesman from the dealer and even he was shocked at my story. After a while he did manage to get my key and told me that someone would call me the next day to take care of my bill. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! More
