Time Was Although I was not happy with the price of a new key for my 2005 Jeep Liberty; I was impressed at the wsolving the problem. It seems I had a bad key. Although I was not happy with the price of a new key for my 2005 Jeep Liberty; I was impressed at the wsolving the problem. It seems I had a bad key. Why, I do not know. it was good before getting a new ignition switch. In any event, it seems the mechanic found the problem that deterred a new key fronm bein gmade. It seems that If something goes wrong with a key, the vehicle takews it that someone is trying to steal it. Thereby shutting down it's use. Also a new key can not be programmed. Anyway, thanks for solving my problem. And thanks again to Jason from service for expediting my dilemma. -- Tony Marchese More

Total lack of communication. Rude customer service. It seems as if the Service Center and Parts Dept could not have treated me worse then they have. Took three trips there to get two small pieces replac It seems as if the Service Center and Parts Dept could not have treated me worse then they have. Took three trips there to get two small pieces replaced that shouldn't have been missing in the first place. Finally on third trip the rude , uncooperative parts guy told me I owed HIM money. After explaining to him that the parts were free that they were being replaced on a car that I purchased there. He told me sorry but that's not how it's done here you owe $44.00. Tried to explain to him what was going on and he refused to listen. After fifteen minutes of waiting and hearing him complain about me from around the corner I finally got my parts. I bought two cars there cash in the last several months and I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FERMAN AGAIN. RUDE , UNORGANIZED AND NO COMMUNICATION. BUYER BEWARE. More

Warranty work I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and they detected that I had a leak and followed up to see what it would cost me. It ended up being under warra I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and they detected that I had a leak and followed up to see what it would cost me. It ended up being under warranty and costed me nothing also I needed new brakes and the tech suggested I have them done with the warranty work because I was getting a rental during the repair otherwise I would not with brake work alone . He saved me time and money and everything got done by the end of buIness day. Great service and very knowledgeable. More
