Excellent Service I had a problem with may car while was near Ferman BMW so I just pulled up to the service area without an appointment. I was greeted by Jamie and Cesa I had a problem with may car while was near Ferman BMW so I just pulled up to the service area without an appointment. I was greeted by Jamie and Cesar. They immediately started troubleshooting my issue putting me at ease. They had me a loaner car within 10 mins and sent me on my way while they continued to troubleshoot issue with car. Within 1.5 hours they called me with their findings. The car was repaired and I picked it up very next day. Cesar provided excellent customer service from beginning to end! Thank You! More

Good but could have been great! Our car was purchased new and on the way home the traction control light came on, the forward warning collision warning and pedestrian warning came on Our car was purchased new and on the way home the traction control light came on, the forward warning collision warning and pedestrian warning came on and kept dinging in the car to warn us it was not working. Service kindly came and picked up my car and left us a loaner which was amazing as we live well over 50 miles away from the dealer. The car was fixed the next day and everything is great now!!! More

Great service. Thanks. I like the valet service, the wait was very reasonable to schedule. I had a day delay in getting my car back, but that was my fault too.
