Always treated well. When I walk in, the service coordinators call me by name. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Example is today. Extended maintenance warranty I went in to get a tuneup in June 2016 and when they pulled the boots off my spark plugs they broke it and told me I had to pay for it almost $300 . I went in to get a tuneup in June 2016 and when they pulled the boots off my spark plugs they broke it and told me I had to pay for it almost $300 . I told them I did not want that fixed and they put it back when I got back in my car it did not work the same way I brought it in and they would not do anything about it and let me drive off the lot . They never told me I needed my brakes changed or my wipers changed they waited until the warranty ran out and then told me it's out of warranty . Worst service I've ever had I will never go back there again . More
