He gained my complete respect by talking with me to resolve my concerns. He did his research, figured out who I was, printed out all of my charges, and looked in depth into my issues. He also apologized for the lack of fuel in the rental car they provided me. He is a great manager and I can honestly say with the concern they've shown me, I will recommend them to my friends, family, and anyone looking for a dealership in the Sault area.
