Extremely transparent. After I got the car, I was so pleased that I Called Farzan and we made a deal on another car with a trade-in in 2 phone calls. He knew I was serious and he made me a deal. Car was delivered worse than when I dropped it off. When I complained that my cameras weren’t working anymore after service they said they would diagnose the problem for 680 dollars.
