Terrible on all levels. I would not trust them with a BigWheel and definitely wouldn’t trust them with my Ferrari or one of my Maserati’s ever again In my experience with I would not trust them with a BigWheel and definitely wouldn’t trust them with my Ferrari or one of my Maserati’s ever again In my experience with them. They damaged something every time my car was in their shop and will lie right to your face about it. I suggest take lots of pictures of everything in grate detail before handing over your keys. And inspect everything before leaving when picking it up. This is a follow up review since they keep sending these requests for reviews and haven’t responded or resolved the damages to my Maserati or Ferrari that they have already acknowledged responsibility for. Very unresponsive. My car was taken there for service and it took about 10 calls from my side and over a week for me to get status update.
