Had a very pleasant experience with your dealership for service of my Ferrari. Joey was very good in getting back to me with customized service based on my needs. The only glaring fault was a large impac service of my Ferrari. Joey was very good in getting back to me with customized service based on my needs. The only glaring fault was a large impact trauma to the right lower door panel, resulting in a large quarter sized impact chip, which penetrated the clear bra and went through the paint clearcoat and into the primer section of the door. As a result, I need to have the car returned for bodywork, paint, and repair, which is an unfortunate inconvenience, which should not have happened for a service related request. I would appreciate an inconvenience fee for the damage to my car. More
