If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been on the search for a 2021 olive green 3500 for a while now. A friend who owns a dealer sent me the listing fieldhouse cdrj had and noticed it was everything I was looking for. All the specs matched. Called left a message with them. Few hours later “Dennis”reaches out to me. We go over something’s I was asking about, seemed extremely nice. I then ask how the paint is, and explain I have looked at many of these trucks. But always back out due to the body not being what i was told. So he tells me he can’t send me a video of it because it would be to blurry ? Weird. Never had that issue before with dealer texts. So he sends me a photo hours later of a bed side with some chips. Honestly it was bad but it was a Dually with mud tires. I understand the bed flare would get hit some. I asked how the rest was. He told me it was “true a straight” now I tell him Iam gonna get a rental and drive straight through “12” hours. And be there by morning which I did. He told me he had a doctors appointment which was no biggie. So o arrived at 9:20 he wasn’t there no issue I can wait. Another sales man walks out and starts questioning us. He seemed extremely bothered that we were there. I told him Dennis told us a time to get there. He kept telling me I was wrong. I tell him I would like to talk to someone until Dennis gets there maybe get tags to drive it. He says I can’t deal with him. Now I was told many times this place doesn’t work off commission, so why can’t anyone help me I just drove 12 hours straight. So we leave go get coffee and wait on Dennis to get back from his appointment. Meanwhile we looked this truck over top to bottom. Passenger front hood had damage down to bare metal/ seal quote. Windshield had a huge chip in driver side lower, EVERY panel had rock/ debris damage from the huge tires sticking out. The bed side panels looked totally worse in person. The tail gate was bent like a goose neck hitch hit it. Paint flaking and peeling off the tail gate. Now I love the truck it’s the package I want minus the paint flaws. So i sit with Dennis, tried to come to a deal. As I still want the truck, I asked if he could help at all on the price. He still states that he will not budge. I asked for 1,500$ off. I don’t think that was unfair at all. When it would be a lot more to repaint once back home. So since he was unwilling to help, I got up and go back to my rental car and headed back to Maryland without the truck I really wanted. I would not trust this dealer to be honest with you about any details on vehicles they have for sale. Very very unhappy guy who drove 24hours for nothing More

The salesman was very proactive in gathering information, answering questions preparing the quotation, and having everything ready for us when we arrived. We live 2-1/2 hours from the dealership.
