Fields BMW Winter Park is the ONLY PLACE I take my BMW for service and I am looking forward to purchasing my next BMW from them hopefully soon before the end of the year (X6). Huge mistake this other guy was terrible [spent money I really didn't need to spend, made me feel stupid when I asked questions, etc) Don't want to put his name on here, maybe he is great with other customers just not great with me! I made sure I got Brandon back as my service advisor because I was about to never go back to this dealership! But to their credit, the team stepped up in a big way. Robert Kimbrough, the General Sales Manager, personally followed up and ensured that everything was addressed fairly and professionally. He stood behind the sale and took ownership of the situation. On the service side, Julio Agosto was outstanding — he kept me in the loop throughout, and even went out of his way on his day off to make sure I could get back into my car as quickly as possible. The situation started off frustrating, but it was handled the right way. In the end, I feel like I was treated with respect, and that matters more than anything. Fields BMW ultimately did right by me, and I want to acknowledge that. More
