My service experience at Fields BMW was excellent from scheduling my appointment all the way through the actual service. Upon arriving at Fields, I was promptly and pleasantly greeted by their service st scheduling my appointment all the way through the actual service. Upon arriving at Fields, I was promptly and pleasantly greeted by their service staff and I was assigned to Keith Rudnicky. Keith was pleasant and professional throughout my stay and the information he provided at regular intervals never left me wondering on the status of my repair. The service tech found the issue that I brought my car in for quickly, with a video walkthrough to show me what the issue looked like and to let me know how the overall condition of the car was. The part had to be ordered, so I'll have to return but that process was well handled by Keith. The waiting area is comfortable and peaceful with a lot of much-appreciated natural light coming in. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at Fields BMW and I now consider them to be our primary BMW servicing shop in the area. We live in Ponte Vedra Beach but the drive to Fields BMW in Daytona is well worth the trip. More
Very disappointing experience with the service department there. Had to have my car there twice in ten days, no loaner, took over two hours both times. I have only had my car for 7 months and it has had one issue after the other. More

I received a professional unbiased assessment of the pro and con of the available extended warranty options, as I wanted. The discussion was not rushed and the advice was most helpful in making the right c and con of the available extended warranty options, as I wanted. Unfortunately, I have had not good workmanship in the past with Fields Daytona service center on my 2002 bmw 325i. For that reason, I came to the conclusion that Fields Daytona seldom used trained BMW te past with Fields Daytona service center on my 2002 bmw 325i. For that reason, I came to the conclusion that Fields Daytona seldom used trained BMW technicians. Consequently, I have not used Fields Daytona for several years until recently for an air bag recall replacement. The recent recall service was good and BMW Daytona, regardless of quality of service, was always polite and informative. However, I am still apprehensive of the quality of service based on my past service experiences with Fields Daytona and wish them the best. More
Paul was outstanding! I called with a screw in my tire and with a tire package. He told me they were booked solid but if I’d leave the car they would try and get it changed for me - and they did! and with a tire package.
