Was told my car would be ready within 8 days. 3 weeks later I finally get a call that it was ready. I never received a single call within that 3 weeks. Been coming back every six months since I purchased my 2021 Telluride in May 2021. Time spent in the dealership has gotten longer each time I bring my vehicle in. Understanding that the turnover rate is tremendously high there, and retainability is predicated on positive customer reviews, I feel as though Fiesta should make a better effort at hiring on qualified technicians to speed the processes up somewhat. Spending 3 to 5 hours at the dealership for routine maintenance is unacceptable. More
