Drove a Lincoln MKX, and I felt that this will be mine, if the dealer is worth dealing with. They gave me a fair offer for my trade in, and after a short discussion met my expectations. They knew their product, even though the car with all its technology takes a lot of time to get to know. They were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I've bought a number of cars in the past, and no experience was any easier or more pleasant than this one, and I'm not the type to just sit down and agree with anything I'm told. My wife says that I don't feel stress, because I'm a carrier. But - there was no stress what-so-ever with this transaction. We didn't agree at the outset, but with a little give and take, I drove my vehicle away after just a couple of hours. I'll definitely go back, and I recommend them to anyone who's car shopping. More

Service department was extremely efficient. My car betrayed me on a Friday afternoon while I was by myself with my toddler in the middle of rush hour traffic and on my way to dinner! I called Lincoln 24 hour Roadside Assistance, since my experience with AAA has been less than favorable, and these people sent me help right away! Tow truck arrived within 25 minutes, which considering the time of day, was pretty quick, all while an automated service kept calling me every 10 minutes to give me updates regarding their estimated time of arrival. The truck arrived and they took the car straight here, without me having to go too. Since it was after hours, the tow truck driver was able to leave the key in a lock box in order to get serviced the following day. Upon the car arriving to the dealer, an employee called me to confirm the car had arrived and to give me more information as to what to expect the next day. Come Saturday morning and bright and early, there was a mechanic calling my husband regarding the problem with the car and giving him an estimated time of pick up. My husband always deals with the same guy, Mel, and every time he has been equally efficient, whether he's doing an oil change or something a bit more complicated. At noon, my car was ready, less than 24 hours after it broke down. Again the employees were very friendly and diligent. Very pleasant experience and trustworthy service every time! More
