Everyone was very helpful, and my salesperson Rafael was being trained but there were so many people there to help that I didn't even notice. He was also very helpful and got all the answers to my questions if he didn't know. I did have one issue with a "negotiator" named Raul ( I know he was also a manger but I don't know his exact title) but that was resolved by a very friendly and helpful manager named Ricky. After all the kinks were worked out Raul and I made ammends and there are absolutely no hard feelings. Overall I would definately recommend working with Mark's Mitsubishi. They make you feel valued from begining to end. More
