My Review of Findlay Acura:
Bought a used car before we drove it out the lot we noticed some issues we wanted fixed before we took it home Marcos our sales consultant assured us he would take the car n get it fixed couple days later n the same noise was coming from the car not too mention they put floor mats that belong to another vehicle causing them to stick to the gas peddle so we take the car in to get it fixed for the third time now n all they did was make excuses and give us the run around passing blame on to eachother. Really they couldn't just gone over next door n get floor mats from Cadillac and order a part that's less than 70$ dollars really disappointed will never buy from these people again.

And p.s what they told us was get everything they say in writing. Guess there words and promises are all LIES just to sell u something that will just break down; they must not know the meaning off certified used vehicle.

My Review of Findlay Acura:
Very friendly, great price, great service. Exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Was greeted immediately with a friendly smile. The sales process was simple and easy, my salesman introduced me to the sales manager to assist us with me getting the price I was happy with. I highly recommend my salesperson Michael Pool and the entire staff at Findly Acura to help you with your next vehicle purchase. This is my first Acura purchase and my wife is already lobbying me to purchase her one as well.

My salesman Jack was very personable; I highly recommend him when doing business with this dealer. Jack made the purchase very easy and quick. I can't believe Findlay matched Carmax dollar for dollar for my trade; it made the decision to do business with this dealer that much easier. Kudos to Alan the Manager! He gave me the keys to a brand new TSX and said take it for a few hours. No pressure sales!!! Also thanks to my salesman Jack McKevitt for giving up his license plates for the hours I spent sight seeing in their car. Great people! Great experience!

My Review of Findlay Acura:
Findlay Acura is a fantastic dealership. From sales with Mike to the Charlie in the Service Dept. their service, attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine care and concern, they are phenomenal! The type of service they consistently deliver is unmatched. Even when I didn't own an Acura, which I purchased there at the Acura dealership, I continued to have it service there at Findlay. They are upfront and honest. They make sure things are the way they should be and if they're not, they make it right. It's so important for a single female such as myself to trust and feel comfortable when it comes to car issues and Findlay Acura has earned my complete trust and appreciation for all they have done for me and continue to do.

My Review of Findlay Acura:
A Rave Review Definitely Earned! I had been shopping for months. I was extremely apprehensive regarding dealerships. I had been to so many dealerships, looked through personal ads and even went to credit union car sales events. I was determined to get the best deal. I was driving by Acura after hours when I saw a used car that I thought I could afford. It was not exactly what I was looking for but again I was looking for a deal. I pulled over to look at the car and check for a price. Michael Pool walked over and introduced himself. He was still at work and had just finished working with another client. Michael was extremely kind and NOT pushy...amazing right..

I explained to Michael what I was looking for in a car. I was use to driving really nice cars but had decided to become debt free and down grade my car. We laughed, because I wanted the fully loaded, leather, sun roof, multi cd, seat heaters, etc. with out the cost. I honestly ended up with just that. I got a fully loaded TSX with really low miles and a three year bumper to bumper warranty for less than I was paying on my bottom of the line no frills car. I have owned many top of the line vehicles and have never received service like I have at Findlay Acura. The entire staff has been professional, kind, and truly given me the best deal! I am simply amazed at my overall experience and the service I have received from Michael Pool. I am so happy with my car and would not recommend any other company over Findlay Acura. I honestly believe you would not be wasting your time.

My Review of Findlay Acura:
My husband and I were driving through the Valley Auto mall one Saturday afternoon. I saw a vehicle that caught my eye. The salesman that approached me Michael Poole was not aggressive like most places, very friendly. I felt no pressure at all and comfortable with him from the start. He was patient to my needs. He introduced me to all the upper management staff and they were all very wonderful and pleasant. I highly reccomend this dealership, Michael Pool and all the staff if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. I love my new car, the price and the wonderful team from Findlay Acura who helped me with this big financial desicion in my life. I will continue my business with this company and my salesman, well hes the best make sure you ask for him. Thank you so much Findlay ACURA, you guys ROCK!!!
