Went in for routine maintenance, all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation! Low mileage and no known issues except the maintenance light was on. Made a morning appointment and I was on time. My advisor was Anthony Carmona who didn’t really introduce himself in the beginning and I didn’t know his name till end. He just basically confirmed appointment asked what I wanted done and he immediately gave me Honda recommendations. He said he would call me when it was ready. No probing questions like if I was going to wait or needed transportation. But, he did specifically say it would be done in an hour and half so that’s why I agreed which was a mistake. The time goes by and no update. All the people who arrived before and after me leave. No follow up, I did see him walking floor talking to other customers and go to service area and standing around. I go to desk at noon and ask about my car and they have to call Anthony. He says its going to be another hour and a half. At this point, I’m unhappy and upset but only explanation is they are very busy and can offer transportation and discount. So another 2 hours pass and still nothing. Even the other advisors already there see me sitting in waiting area and tell Anthony to just go get my car. They were actually more helpful than he was. Go back to desk and finally, they pull up my car to the front so I can leave and by now it’s already 2pm. The delivery time was in no way reasonable, no multipoint inspection was explained, nor were services rendered agreed upon. Trust is broken and would not return. It’s a shame as I bought my car there and got great service before, but this experience of dishonesty and mediocre service for routine maintenance is absolutely unacceptable. Makes me question whether their other services are legit if the basics aren’t covered. I don’t recommend going there anymore. Dishonesty and failure to communicate and provide customer service are the reasons for this review. Please improve if you want to keep customers. More
Needed the oil change fast, was ready to live town on a long trip. The oil counter clicked over to 15% from 30%, did nit want to drive it 400 miles one way. My oil change was done quickly, parked my car right the entrance to the Express Service. I was on the road quickly. I appreciate Findlay Honda’s consultants and technicians they know their job and the requirements of their customers! Cole was professional and courteous, that counts! Five Star service! Recommend Findlay Honda for maintenance and express service! More

Atrocious operation. Tried to scam us for a service that should be covered by warranty. If we had not reacted strongly, we would have been charged $6000. They constantly email and text customers to bring their vehicles only to be scammed. Stay away. We will never go back! More

I had a battery that completely died and needed to be replaced. Kacey from the Henderson Honda Service Department said to bring down whenever I could. I got there at 3:30 PM and Service writer, Jeremy replaced. Kacey from the Henderson Honda Service Department said to bring down whenever I could.
