Ty was easy to work with, understanding our need for limited LED displays due to sensitivity we have to bright lights. So a new car was out. We ended up with a 10 year old car with lower miles. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the particular car we looked at. (New features of cars are hard for us being older. They are hard to adjust too.) The no haggle 1 price takes away the stress about having to act uninterested in order to get a better price. My mechanic looked at the car before we committed to purchase, and just as Ty assured us, This used car was in pristine condition. Ty then took care of us, getting meetings lined up with finance, and even suggested closing the curtains in the finance office to accommodate our sensitivity to bright lights. More
