Exelent service I have been a Fitzgerald customer for 22 years. I have always have excellent service. When I brought my 2014 Avalon Hybrid Limited in that was purchas I have been a Fitzgerald customer for 22 years. I have always have excellent service. When I brought my 2014 Avalon Hybrid Limited in that was purchased out of state I initially had some issues with service satisfaction from the advisor. But after contacting customer service I was put in contact with Jeremy Heskett and was reassured that all my concernes would be taken care of and it proves why I keep returning to Fitzgeralds and have recommended them to 100's or more people for the past 22 years. I have dealt with Mike and Eric for years. Mike is always very personable and easy to talk to. He answers my questions and is very understanding. He is also very knowledgable and doesnt beat around always very personable and easy to talk to. He answers my questions and is very understanding. He is also very knowledgable and doesnt beat around the bush. I keep coming back to him because I really enjoy dealing with him. This is my first experience with Keith but he was wonderful as well. Eric is also very personable and helpful. He always has everything ready and makes the experience as quick and enjoyable as possible.
