I was torn on color and they ended up having the best OTD price out of the 20+ dealerships I contacted on the east coast (difficult vehicle and trim package to find). We drove 7 hours to pick it up and there were some small issues with the detail job that was performed on it (overspray from a vinyl conditioner, a few scratches, and a seat stain) but they were mostly fixed. There was also an issue in finance because they don't have people bringing in pre-approval letters often like we did but once they figured out how to put it in their system it was a pretty smooth process. We were offered the extra warranties but declined. We didn't feel pushed or rushed at any time and overall it was a great vehicle buying experience! More
Poor Service. I have taken my Jeep Cherokee into their dealership and have yet, to have them fix anything, other than replacing a broken plastic trim piece. I have been ignored, disrespected, and lied to by both the sales and service teams. Since one of the issues was a strange noise coming from the steering, I requested the service technician that was to perform the work on my car ride with me so there would be no question as to the exact noise, and how to reproduce the noise as it was intermittent when cold, but not if the car was hot and the outside temp was also hot. Let it cool down, or park it in a cool place and it might do it when first turning the wheel, but would not do it again until the car was hot. They at first balked at having the tech ride, but then came out with someone to ride with me and posed as a technician. Turns out he was their porter. Nothing was done for a few days, and then was told the car wouldn't make the noise and I was hearing gravel under the tires. Sorry, been driving for 47 years, think I know what gravel feels and sounds like. Picked the car up, drove it until it was hot and brought it back. Had Derek, the new GM ride with me and he heard the noise. Claimed they replaced the steering motor, but noise was still there. Claims they put a new steering rack, but the noise still there. Replaced strut mounts, noise still there. There was also a squeaking noise by the drivers door that they were to address at the same time as the steering noise. The seatbelt no longer worked when I picked up the car. Waited while they fixed whatever it was they broke, and now there is a nice greasy handprint on the headline. Was so disgusted that I had to leave and clean it up on my own. Also found trim pieces for the interior laying on the floor that they hadn't replaced. Did that on my own as well. So they kept my car off and on for three months and didn't fix a thing. More
BAD SERVICE TOP TO BOTTOM I bought a vehicle from this location a few months back. I have had several "check engine" lights come on and have had to run this vehicle back and f I bought a vehicle from this location a few months back. I have had several "check engine" lights come on and have had to run this vehicle back and forth an hour away from where I live. The radio is not operating properly and even had the GM issue me an extended warranty. My wife recorded this radio malfunction which is what the GM asked for, and now that it is on video he is not going to replace the unit as he said he would. We are also experiencing more check engine lights and they plan to do nothing about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful what you buy! Check Ratings! More

Steer clear of the service dept Steering went out on our company work Truck a 3500 Dodge on Saturday morning, pulled into dealership service dept, was advised power steering pump was Steering went out on our company work Truck a 3500 Dodge on Saturday morning, pulled into dealership service dept, was advised power steering pump was bad and would take 3 hours to replace & would be ready by noon, had no choice but to wait being out of state and traveling back no north Carolina, noontime came and went with no update, at 5 o'clock service advisor says well power steering pump didn't fix it, now stranded with no offer for a rental or even a ride to a hotel.had to wait for coworker to come from North Carolina, Monday & Tuesday came and went with not even a call from service dept. Finally had to call them for update and got a run around and a list of excuses. Three weeks later vehicle is finally done. Hey keep up the good work Ford and Chevrolet will greatly appreciate it !!!! Worst service I have ever experienced. More

They took 3 months to perform my warranty work I was without a car for over 3 months while this dealership performed warranty work on my car. When they eventually told me it was done, it broke dow I was without a car for over 3 months while this dealership performed warranty work on my car. When they eventually told me it was done, it broke down on the way home due to an issue with the repair (they didn't connect the shifter cable to the engine correctly, so it came undone while driving home). I called this dealer 23 times over the course of the 3 months and never once received a call back from them. It eventually got to the point where the service representative no longer took my calls. I eventually had to get Dodge Corporate involved and then threaten legal action to get my car back. I love my dodge grand caravan, but find it is very difficult to find good service for it. I would avoid this dealer like the plague. More

My windshield is leaking and has destroyed the rug on the passenger side of the vehicle and on my birthday, September 16th, 2006, the service light came on and the car wouldn't pull. I came back hours later and it started with no problem. I HATE CARL GREGORY'S USED CAR DEPARTMENT IN ALBANY, GEORGIA!!! You all really need to perform some type of undecover investigation on the USED CAR DEPARTMENT IN ALBANY BECAUSE THEY'RE SWINDLING A LOT OF PEOPLE. Almost everyone that I've recently spoke with, that have purchased a vehicle has been victim to some type of car malfunction that could've been prevented if they were simply informed of the situation before the purchase. TRANSMISSION FAILURE IS THE MAIN PROBLEM. More
