As we were getting ready to leave, a salesman finally decided to get out from behind a desk and see what we needed. We told him we wanted a truck or suv with 4 wheel drive, not all wheel drive, and heated seats. I asked him what trim package I needed before heated seats came on the silverado. His response was "i think the 4x4s, crew cabs, extended cabs and even the diesels have them". When I mentioned I wanted a 4x4, not all wheel drive for use in muddy situations, he decided that meant an all wheel drive Traverse was what we wanted.... Absolutely not! We quickly left because of the lack of knowledge about the vehicles he was selling and the inability to listen to our requirements. It wasn't worth our time to deal with him or this dealer. Their customer service has gone downhill since my wife purchased a truck from them in 2007. If this is the way they are then we will not return. More
