Came to Franklin Tuesday to get an Oíl changed on our car. Called Monday for appointment, they said didn't need one just show up and we've got a quick Oíl change. Got there at 10:00am they said they wer car. Called Monday for appointment, they said didn't need one just show up and we've got a quick Oíl change. Got there at 10:00am they said they were busy come back in 2 hours. We came back at 11:00 they put us in line. They got us out at 2:00pm. Need to change their Sign. There is NO quick oil change. After driving an hour to get an oil change, 4 hours waiting is a little to long. More
