Fletcher Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

This is my third time purchasing or leasing a vehicle from Fletcher. I have made a commitment to continue doing business at Fletcher as I have always been provided great service. But the fact that Fletcher did not stay on top of their word this time around really disappoints me. We were informed if we purchased our vehicle over the weekend (Saturday), Fletcher would hold our down payment until the following week when we were to receive our paychecks. We spent several hours at Fletcher and discussed these circumstances with several employees (Michael Lukich, Dave Carmandy, and the financing individual, Eric, I believe). They said this was not a problem, and would be taken care of in that manner. When my husband arrived the following Monday with our down payment check he reiterated to the individual he provided the check to that it was not to be processed until Friday as that was discussed throughout our purchasing process. The individual said alright and that he would pass the check on to the appropriate person. The check was cashed on Tuesday, causing us to overdraft and possibly obtain late fees with our mortgage company, which was also coming out of our account this week, hence why we wanted to wait for the check to be cashed Friday. You may say, "that's your fault for not being on top of your finances." I am on top of my finances constantly, am an accountant, and know my cash flow. If Fletcher would've kept their word, we wouldn't have a problem, as none of these circumstances would've occurred. I will be sure to note this when discussing where I purchased my vehicle in the future, unless something is done to take care of the lack of commitment. Again, Fletcher has always taken care of me and my family and our vehicles, but this was extremely disappointing this time around. More

I ordered an item from Fletcher Chrysler, which arrived damaged (obviously from shipping). Contacted Brad and almost immediately received a reply. Ben Pfeffer was very helpful, pleasant, and honest. He made the car purchase process very easy which had not been my experience with other dealers in the past. I have to say that the ordering, tracking and purchase of my 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT-8 from Brad Joiner greatly exceeded all my expectations. I never imagined that I would be able to find a deal that would my 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT-8 from Brad Joiner greatly exceeded all my expectations. I never imagined that I would be able to find a deal that would understand that my car is not “just another unit” and that I have interests that differ from the average car purchaser. It was very comforting to know that Brad was also passionate about classic vehicles, and understood that as fellow muscle car enthusiast, I would want to track the build progress of Challenger. I received updated invoices every few weeks, illustrating the build progress. The initial pricing negotiations were cut and dry. Final vehicle pricing was very straightforward, and vehicle costs were accurate to the penny. I’ve been involved in several new car purchases, and I’ve never had a dealer display this level of transparency with the ordering, pricing and financing options for a new vehicle. All other automotive dealerships should take a trip to Fletcher and take lessons for how a customer should be treated. I also greatly appreciate Bob Archers understanding when my first Challenger SRT-8 was delivered with a paint defect In which I was VERY concerned about. He could sense my discontent, and after a brief discussion, began to offer up solutions to provide a transaction that would meet my expectations. During our discussion, there were never any responses of “NO” to my inquiries or suggestions. We were able to quickly devise a agreeable solution, and the 2nd Challenger SRT-8 was immediately ordered. It’s very relieving to know that I have a relationship with a dealer in which I can rely on to be open, honest and trustworthy. They clearly have a developed a successful business model for customer service, and I would not hesitate to forward any/all business through Brad and Bob. I look forward to the successful purchase of future Chrysler products! More
