Warranty repair issue Flood Ford had to take Ford Motor Company's direction on how to address my repair issue that was still under warranty. As a result, the process took VERY long (ie months) and finally was resolved by Flood encouraging Ford to take a reasonable, practical approach to the issue. During this extensive period of time where I did not have my vehicle Flood made sure I had adequate substitute transportation and did a great job of keeping me abreast of any progress, or lack thereof, with Ford. Never get a Lincoln! My issue has 2 components- with the Lincoln brand as well as the dealer. Driving vehicle home, it vibrated fiercely. Called dealership who picked it up, returned it “perfect”. Continued to have the vibration and returned to dealer for a 2nd time and they supposedly replaced tires (brand new MKC) and returned it “perfect” . Still vibrating. Car is 3 weeks old. Won’t be buying there again and definitely not Lincoln More
