Car was not as represented (2011 Hyundai Sonata 11,824 miles). It was advertised as having a full warranty, but doesn't. I spoke with them by phone about the car. The next day, 8/25/12 my wife shows up to inspect and make the purchase, and it was completed. Her and my son drive off only to have the car stop a few hours later, and not restart, even after a jump. We had the car towed to the Hyundai dealer that Saturday, only to learn that Monday morning (8/27/12) that the car had been there twice in the last two weeks and had major electrical problems that nullified that portion of the warranty. And that this had been communicated to Roman, my salesperson that picked up the car from the Hyundai dealer the last time it was in the shop (8/24/12). Now, like other commentors, I get no calls back, and am left on hold for 8 minutes on multiple occassions until I hangup. This is not a reputable dealer, and I would highly urge you to avoid doing business with them. I'm out $800 so far, and counting. More

I hate to complain but boy was this a horrible experience!! From the moment we arrived the nightmare began. The only normal person working there was our sales consultant a young hispanic girl who experience!! From the moment we arrived the nightmare began. Me and my wife were walking around and suddenly while waiting for the car to get jumped off (didnt start) this incredibly rude person who says he was the owner demanded to help us. We kindly refused and said we were just waiting for our salesperson to help us get the car started, but this guy demanded that he can help us he insisted on smoking cigarettes in our faces and blowing smoke our way. We attempted to walk away as my wife is very allergic to cigarette smoke he insisted to rudely try and sell us another car. Not only did he make a scene he was being very nasty towards the person trying to start the car for us. We really couldnt understand what he was saying because of his deep accent sounded armenian or russian to us. Anyway after 30 minutes of this we saw and heard enough!!! We thought we were going to see a nice car but instead we witnessed a horrible individual mistreating his employees and the car was filthy and didnt even run. Guys do not buy here our experience was pretty scary imagine what we would have to deal with if that was the owner of the company!! There was another couple there aslo complaining about something similar!! Very Very scary. More

BOUGHT A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL FOR THE TAG TRANSFER SO THAT I COULD COME IN A GET THE TAG. NEVER GOT A CALL TOOK 3 WEEKS OF CALLING TO FIND OUT THEY HAD NOT DONE ANYTHING YET. CALL FOR THE TAG TRANSFER SO THAT I COULD COME IN A GET THE TAG. NEVER GOT A CALL TOOK 3 WEEKS OF CALLING TO FIND OUT THEY HAD NOT DONE ANYTHING YET. EVERYONE WHOL WORKS THERE IS RUDE. ONCE YOU HAVE BOUGHT A CAR THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, OR FAXES. NO MATTER WHAT YOU ASK FOR THE PERSON IN CHARGE IS ALWAYS OUT. THEY LEAVE YOU ON HOLD UNTIL YOU HANG UP. HAD TO SEND SOMEONE 3 TIMES TO SIT IN THIER OFFICE TO FINNALY GET MY TAG. THIS WOULD HAVE TAKEN 30 MINUTES AT A TAG AGENCY. STAY AWAY!!! More
