Shady con artists This was literally the WORST dealership I have ever step foot in. From the second we walked in, we had a bad feeling. We had an appointment, but ended This was literally the WORST dealership I have ever step foot in. From the second we walked in, we had a bad feeling. We had an appointment, but ended up having to wait 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment before anyone really talked to us or showed us the car. It was clear that they were shady and liars from the get-go. The sales manager, Zee, was particularly bad. He did not listen to a thing we said and had no regard for our desires or concerns...he dodged our questions like a pro. He was only concerned with his bottom line, really. Needless to say, the experience inside the dealership wasn't good. However, after leaving and thinking on it, we decided we liked the car enough that we wanted it. So, we called them back and wanted to discuss. They told us they'd call us right back. We didn't hear anything until the NEXT DAY. When they called back in the morning, they still didn't really give us a straight answer and we had to wait until 4pm to get another call back. Then they blew it completely. We were ready to make a deal at their price. However, when I talked to the salesman, David, he told me "the market changed today, and it's now $18,000 instead of $17,000". WHAT?! That is unacceptable and completely unheard of. Absolute con artists. DO NOT EVEN STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE. Zee and David - along with the whole company for allowing them to be employees - should be ashamed of themselves. More
