These people are crooks! Sold me a LEMON! I bought a Lincoln continental here and a couple days after buying my vehicle I started having electrical issues and my back two tires had holes in th I bought a Lincoln continental here and a couple days after buying my vehicle I started having electrical issues and my back two tires had holes in them. This was supposed to be a “like new” vehicle with only 7400 miles on it. They showed me the car fax and said it was hit from behind but there was no structural damage, They lied. I took the vehicle to my local Lincoln dealership and they informed me that my electrical problems were from “structural damage” that was in the front of the vehicle. Apparently my vehicle was hit from behind and knocked into a vehicle in the front as well. No big deal I bought a warranty from my bank when I bought the vehicle so I am in good shape... Wrong. Due to the issues I’m having being caused by the damage that was done before, it doesn’t quality for a warranty repair. I called the dealership where I purchased the vehicle to see if they would fix the electrical problem I had since it wasn’t covered and after 10 voicemails and leaving my information with multiple people I Never received a call back. A month later I received an email from the sales rep that sold me the vehicle asking me if I was happy with my purchase this far, I responded with the issues I’ve had and all the times I’ve reached out to the dealership asking to speak to the manager and they never got back to me. The sales rep found it appropriate to text me at 11PM at night saying someone will call me tomorrow. The next day the manager did call me and he listened to my issues with the car, shortly after he said I signed the car fax knowing there were issues and that’s why they have people sign the car fax but to make it right he was willing to take back the car and get me into another vehicle. This all sounded extremely bizarre to me so I told him I’d rather stay in the vehicle I purchased but I asked that they fix the electrical issue which was only a couple hundred dollars to fix according to Lincoln. He refused and said he’d call me back the next day to speak with his manager and I’ve never heard anything back since. It’s been another couple months and I’ve left more messages and my call back info multiple times with no call back again. I hope this review helps more people see what type of business this is. I want to make something very clear, the sales rep and manager did tell me about my vehicle being in an accident and showed me the car fax. The also told me that the airbags didn’t deploy and that means it wasn’t a big accident. I’m not in the car business so after this I did trust what they were saying. These people are crooks and don’t even have the decency to call people back. Horrible business and Liars! OK so I have to update my posting as if whats happened to me hasn't been a nightmare already. These people sold me a Lemon. I have a car that I've had for 4 months that is undrivable. This company sold me a vehicle that was unsafe to drive and the alternator was "Glued" to the engine. I hope this review will help other people and shed light on these horrible people! More

Before making the downpayment, Cody was always on my neck with "Hello Emmanuel" every other morning. After payment, he disappeared into thin air. There was no update for almost a week or more despite incessantly contacting him. The financing body called me to ask if I have received the car and then I contacted Cody who gave me Zee's number. Zee is another incompetent fellow. We reached and impasse and I asked for a refund. Getting my refund has been like climbing mountain Everest. For a week now, I have been calling Zee. He is almost never available and I am yet to receive my refund. I have never seen this type of lackadaisical attitude from a company. Since, it has been difficult to get hold of Zee to tell me something about my refund despite doing all he asked me to do, including sending an E-mail authorizing the refund, I am asking here for my refund before I escalate this to Consumer Agency! More
