Matt was cordial and prompt to address any questions or concerns that I had concerning my purchase. Basilio Pahang - Sales Consultant, was very helpful during the entire sales process (from test drive to the signing of the contract). When I became seriously interested in buying the car I insisted that Basilio talk with Rashard Phillips - Sales Manager for the purpose of coming up with Classic’s best deal. In other words, I didn’t want to go through the hassle of multiple offers and counter-offers. Basilio communicated my wishes to Rashard and they came up with a number that met my price point. We signed the contract within about 5 to 10 minutes and that was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made…. seriously ! After that portion of the deal was done Basilio handed me off to Katie Frontino – Finance Manager and we finished up the paperwork. Dealing with Katie was also a pleasure and she was very affable and efficient at her job. The paperwork was completed with relative ease and I departed in my newly acquired car. Since the completion of the sale I’ve had the occasion to interact with Rober Davila in the Parts Department and Keith Temsey, Aaron Palmer and Trent Valz in the Service Department. My dealings with all of these folks have been positive and have reassured me that I purchased the right vehicle from the right dealership. In closing, I want to say that I very seldom take the time to write a review / commendation such as this but I felt like it was justified in the case of Classic Nissan.
