Service representatives were engaging, respectful, willing to provide what ever I needed to ensure my comfort. A sense that my car, my dog, and myself were in competent, thorough and knowledgable hands. Professionals. Plain and simple. This ultimately brought to a state of trust that moved me to say “yes” to trading in my car for the newer model. The transaction for this trade-in was handled with patience. Every action was to ensure that our business was beneficial for both buyer and seller was made evident. Among my first financial management lessons was the old maxim: “You get what you pay for.” My interactions with Flow Subaru of Charlottesville have left me with a sense that I belong to something bigger than just a business, consumer relationship. This is important. Very much so. What lingers in me is the sense that they know, understand, and most importantly; demonstrate this vital necessary relationship. Especially when it comes to something central to ones life as your automobile. There is only one simple phrase that encapsulates my willing devotion to such a relationship: Thank you. One last thing. Their name, a word as instructive as it is philosophical: “Flow” - is not lost on me. More

I wish I could say that I was very impressed with my experience at Flow Subaru. I have worked with a very good sales person at Honda in the past 4 years. This was not at all like that experience. The Subaru service person I encountered first was rather curt and unhelpful. I was given minimal help by Devon, who taught me a bit about how to operate the car. She was late for our appointment; no apology. I was supposed to receive a reward which I have not received. I tried multiple times today to reach a sales representative to discuss some questions I have about my warranty, but I could not reach anyone and no one has called me back. I would say I would recommend this dealership with great reservations. The quality of attention to customers is just not what it used to be. More
I went in for an oil & filter change as well as a tire rotation. I was disappointed with both as it took nearly two hours well over the usual time of one hour.
