Beth, We are sorry to hear you had a less than extraordinary experience with our shuttle services. Unfortunately, it has become quite the challenge to find any potential employees to fill vacant positions we have; including shuttle drivers. As you know, Charlottesville can be rather busy and it does take time to get from one end of town to the other and at times it does delay the shuttle. As much as we strive to provide a seamless perfect experience, we are human and are facing the same hurdles in staffing as others. We do hope you change your mind in continuing services with us, but do understand your frustrations. If you need anything please do not hesitate to reach out.
