The service department at this dealership is the absolute slowest in existence. They will say they are waiting on parts and then not start the service until 2 weeks AFTER the parts are received. Not possible I left 9 messages and called/texted dozens of times tonget zero communication. This place has cost me thousands in addition costs due to thei r incompetence. More

Signing the paperwork was simple and efficient, and even after Jesse drove my trade-in back to Asheville, he helped me with some setup items and checked in to make sure everything was seamless.
