He was patient and professional and in a short period of time established a trusted rapport with each of us, which is difficult to pull off when faced with the stress of buying a car. In the future I will start my car shopping by contacting Ivan to see what inventory they have in stock. More

My only issue was the lack of inventory for the specific sale which brought us there, so of course we ended up paying more than 2x the advertised price in the ad.
