Unexpected great service I'm usually skeptical whenever i drive into a dealership, i guess it's because i know cars and i've been around many dealership in my life. Before ste I'm usually skeptical whenever i drive into a dealership, i guess it's because i know cars and i've been around many dealership in my life. Before stepping into Ford Country, i did my due diligence. I finally called regarding a used Ford Explorer that i've had an eye on for quite some time. Eric Grant called me and gave me some details and I agreed to stop by after work. Upon arriving, i missed a call from him saying that the car i inquired about has just been sold. He offered a limited Edition, and the skepticism came back and i was like a snake ready to sprung. I thought "What a tactic". But i did not budge and i demanded that because the car i wanted was sold that i wanted the limited edition for the same price. I know i was asking for the impossible but Eric worked with me to come very close to what i wanted. Beyond the paperworks, when it was time to pick up my car, Eric told me of an issue that he's going to replace providing i bring it back next week. He could easily lied and not tell me about the climate control but he was honest about it and offered to replace it. He aLso offered a free oil change down the road. What an awesome team, and not to mention Kelly Henderson who was very pleasant to work with. Thank you Again Eric, Kelly and Ford Country Family. More

Kevin is easy to talk to and answered every question we could think of while working on our new truck purchase. After we made a deal we were impressed again with Ryan in the finance department. He was extremely efficient and friendly. This was our 5th Ford vehicle purchase from a dealership and it was easily the best experience we've had to date. They had exactly the truck I wanted! I was in the market to upgrade from my 2WD 2014 F150 5.0L and get a newer 4WD F150. I wanted to try out the 3.5L eco-boost compared to the 5.0L in a s I was in the market to upgrade from my 2WD 2014 F150 5.0L and get a newer 4WD F150. I wanted to try out the 3.5L eco-boost compared to the 5.0L in a similar model for a true side-by-side. I contacted Sherri Anderson and when I showed up the next day for the test drive there were two identical trucks, with every option I had asked for and both the exact same Magma Red color I liked, both with the twin moonroof; one with the 5.0L V8 and one with the 3.5L eco-boost! I drove both, and as much as I tried to like the 3.5L eco-boost, I still preferred the 5.0L and left that day with the exact truck that I wanted. I've bought my last three Fords from Sherri and this one makes four. It's always a great experience; Sherri, Ed, and Luciano all make a great team. More
