A 2018 Explorer was my target and Ford Country was the closest dealer to my house, so I submitted an application on their website and was contacted by Jose Chavez shortly after. I gave him the details of what I was looking to do and he told me no problem he could make it happen. I showed up later that day and he did exactly that, without compilation and rather quickly he had put the deal together, got it approved, and had me in finance wrapping up all within an hours time. I've worked in sales most of my life and could not be happier with Jose and Ford Country's entire process. More
