Ford Country I have been buying cars for 40 years. This was hands down the best experience I ever had. I had several, no many demands of Kevin and I let him know u I have been buying cars for 40 years. This was hands down the best experience I ever had. I had several, no many demands of Kevin and I let him know upfront this would not be a one day deal. Over the next week or so I drove every kind of truck Ford makes. I even drove some more than once until I knew what I wanted. I had told Kevin when I make a selection I will give three dealers a shot at the price. It was a no brainer to buy from Ford Country and Kevin. Last but not least, my purchase was several months ago but when I needed some paperwork while I was out of state, Kevin came through for me. I will never buy another truck from someone else while Kevin works for Ford. More

Over Promise and Under Deliver and don't fix "Diesel mechanics Know nothing" my 12 year old son knows more about these engines. We took our 2004 Excursion 6.0 litre in there because it was blowin "Diesel mechanics Know nothing" my 12 year old son knows more about these engines. We took our 2004 Excursion 6.0 litre in there because it was blowing coolant out the degas bottle. They took it all apart and told me the EGR cooler had a leak (I don't know how because the EGR cooler was bypassed) and quoted $3600 to fix the problem, suddenly the quote went to well over $6500 because they said the head gaskets were gone ( I just had this all redone in Canada-Brand New Heads, Bosch Injectors, EGR delete, ARP head studs, high pressure and low pressure oil pumps, oil cooler, fuel spring, 4" exhaust turbo back). It took Ford Country over 2 weeks and gave it back and said all good (except the grill and headlight mount that they broke). After 3 days the truck is running like crap so we take the truck back and they tell me it needs a new fuel pump ($1200) so after discussing we get that done too and then have to wait an additional 5 days because they cracked a fuel line up by the fuel regulator. My wife was leaving on friday to drive back to Canada and the truck is barfing black smoke, she returns with the truck to be told the air filter is dirty and needs to be cleaned and she is good to go back to Canada. She gets home to coolant leaking on the driveway, oil in the coolant and not a drop of oil on the dipstick. I can actually see where the coolant is leaking from under the passenger side head. Looks like it will cost me $16-$18k for another engine, head cracked on one side and looks like the block has been pulled out of square from over tightening head studs. This shop is a JOKE and FORD really needs to get in there and teach these guys what to do with ford diesels. I have found that most Ford dealerships have a hard time with 6.0 litres. I will not be taking any more 6.0 litres to Ford for repair (oil changes and simple maintenance is all they will go back for). More

Vehicle purchase We have previously bought 3 cars from them with no issues but after this experience I will never buy another one from them. First Ken said the reason said they would only give us 12300 for our trade in when I showed him one their website almost the same vehicle for around 20000 I was told it was do to the vehicle being smoked in. The car was never smoked then he pretty much called my wife a liar. We ended up buying the vehicle and taking the low ball trade. Then 1 day later they had it listed for 21500. I understand they are in business to make money but why do they have to screw over customers that bad. I will never return to do business with them again. I will give Ed high marks we worked with him on all our purchases and he was always a pleasure to deal with. More
