Your technician wanted to be sure before putting them on. The delay was not a problem because Kirsten was right on top of things and kept me updated via phone contact through out the day. This is not the first time I have dealt with Kirsten and every time she has proven herself to be professional, helpful and friendly. I feel that Kirsten is a great asset to your company and you should be glad that you have her on your staff. More

Car was broken down in my Garage. Our car battery had some bad corrosion and would not start. I called road side and they came out to jump it. We then drove it to the dealership. Alan Heady greeted us and told me what he could possibly do for us. well we were going to get the car back on Monday then he called with the estimate and it was high but we had to get it fixed. Alan called again the same day we took it in and said your welcome to come pick up your car it was ready. When we arrived it was less then was quoted and our beautiful car was washed and look so amazing. My wife was very happy it is her car after all. Thanks again Ford Country for yet another great experience. More
