I brought my F-150 into Ford Spring Hill in the afternoon before a scheduled service date. I was told that they would work on my car the next morning. That next day I was called at 3:30 pm and told that they before a scheduled service date. I was told that they would work on my car the next morning. That next day I was called at 3:30 pm and told that they had not yet looked at my truck. As I had to work that evening I went back and took my truck back home. No apology from them, just handed me my keys. I'll go somewhere else next time. More
