TOTAL CARE I took in my new truck for a service and also it had a recall from the factory. I was approached by a gentleman by the name Billy Hummel who didn’t he I took in my new truck for a service and also it had a recall from the factory. I was approached by a gentleman by the name Billy Hummel who didn’t hesitate to get me in for this work. Between the oil change and the recall, Mr. Hummel returned to tell me how much was done and a expected finish time. Once finished, Mr. Hummel explained the work done and was very nice and professional. This was my 2nd oil change in two days from Cookeville Ford. Just yesterday, I brought my dodge truck in for service and although, it was not a ford, I received better service than another dealership just down the road whom I won’t be ever returning to with my dodge, Very satisfied with the service I got both days from Cookeville Ford.
