Service on January 24, 2019. It was raining when I arrive, service rep started to come out in the rain to get my info. I was able to have her wait till I could enter the service b It was raining when I arrive, service rep started to come out in the rain to get my info. I was able to have her wait till I could enter the service bay. She made sure what I wanted done, what I needed done and informed me of the approximate wait time. Friendly wait area, time to look and dream of next vehicle (F150). I did not have to wait the full time she told me. i did go ahead and take advantage of the free car wash. I drive pass a closer Ford Dealer to get to this one and will continue to do. I purchased this vehicle at this dealer and not the near by one. Thank You Cookeville Ford Lincoln. More
