Casey worked my deal remotely (I'm over 2 hours away, but they found the truck I wanted) and delivered to me. Not only were they extremely flexible to get the deal I needed, they included extras on lifetime they found the truck I wanted) and delivered to me. When I went to license in my state, the check they sent was 'a bit short'. it wasn't a ton of money, so I paid it, and didn't complain. Today, without calling our asking, I received a check for the licenses fees not covered. 95% of dealerships would have pocketed that money. These guys are trustworty, and easy to deal with. I will be calling them for my next Ford. More

Apple Maps took us through the back lot which was open when we went in and then both exits were closed when we tried to go to the front which was frustrating but it is what it is. Overall we got a CPO vehicle with low miles at a decent price which is so rare at a dealership these days. These guys worked with us and were overall straightforward. I would do it all over again.
