To be clear, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was fantastic. He listened to my concerns, and found me two different times in the waiting area to discuss his findings. That was the only positive part of my experience. The person working at the service desk took no effort to move things along once my car was finished. I waited an additional 45 minutes before she presented me with my bill. The cashier was rude and unpleasant when I was paying my bill. Due to an error made by my salesperson when I purchased my vehicle at Latham Ford, there was confusion about the very expensive maintenance plan that I purchased. I was directed to speak to the sales manager about this issue. He was dismissive and clearly bothered to have to deal with the issue. I waited in the waiting area for over three hours while my car was being worked on and during this time the sales manager couldn't take a moment to come out to speak to me about the maintenance plan issue. I had to pursue this before I left, and he still couldn't be bothered to talk to me. He attempted to relay his findings onto another person who was then directed to tell me what was going on. This was not acceptable to me, so I walked into the sales manager's desk area and insisted that he speak to me directly. He was dismissive yet again. As I was leaving I said, "Thank you", although I certainly had nothing to be thankful for. I was attempting to be polite. He couldn't bother to state, "You're welcome" in return. So I said it for him, and then he muttered a begrudged "You're welcome" in my direction. He was rude and unprofessional. This is the second time I have been treated unprofessionally at Latham Ford. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I deeply regret that both my husband and I purchased our vehicles from Latham Ford and now we have the unfortunate situation of having to deal with them. More

I’ve been reading all of your responses to the less than stellar reviews and pretty much all sound the same. The thing of it is, you’re not solving any of the issues, they are all still happening over and o stellar reviews and pretty much all sound the same. It’s a shame I remember Latham Ford being a stellar company. You say you want to see what you can do after the fact. A known problem with the transmissions, appt was 3 days after warranty was up. Had you had more than one person able to make service appointments it would have been under warranty. The one person that takes appointments finally was available. By then my appointment date was after my transmission warranty was up. I don’t know what you can do now, I do know what you could’ve done More
