Great Service Department I am having issues with the brakes on a used Ford truck I purchased at Ford of Murfreesboro. I had to return the truck a second time for the same rep I am having issues with the brakes on a used Ford truck I purchased at Ford of Murfreesboro. I had to return the truck a second time for the same repair, but it is an issue that does not happen 100% of the time. Both times they accommodated me on my schedule, and provided courtesy transportation for me. They stayed in contact with me and performed the service quickly. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. The repair seems to be completed now to my satisfaction. I will use this dealership for all of my my truck maintenance and repairs. More
