Outstanding Service !!!! My truck overheated and I was stuck on the side of the road. Trying to save money on the towing cost. I called Flammer and Autoway Ford which both tol My truck overheated and I was stuck on the side of the road. Trying to save money on the towing cost. I called Flammer and Autoway Ford which both told me “there was nothing they could do for me” being their service departments were closed. The dealership was still open though which didn’t make sense. I should’ve known better and just called My Ford of Port Richey who I always use. They said no problem have it dropped off. Unfortunately the tow truck took 4 hrs to get to me and it was 10 pm already. So they got my truck first thing in the morning and right away got a call with what was going on with it. Within a few hours it was ready to go! Toni was my advisor who I’ve had several times before and always fantastic to work with. She kept me informed the whole time while working with my warranty company. It was a bad situation that she made so much easier. If you live in Sping Hill it’s worth the extra drive to them I guarantee it! More
