Very friendly place I would highly recommend New Pier Richey over any. There is a closer Ford Motors by my home yet I drove 45 mins to make a deal with Michael Carmack! Oil change Waited an hour & a half for an oil change with an appointment then tried to sell me other services that wasn't needed. My car is right on schedule from ford recommended service protocol, the same mechanic did the same recommendations on another young girls car had her in tears because she didn't authorize the repairs and couldn't afford them apparently at least that was my take on what I seen & heard. It just seems that service is out of touch of reality with a pushy attitude to force extras , build a relationship through trust & before long people will have nice things to say and will recomend you/ on a side note my service coordinator was very nice so not all negative! More
